Miss Australia Chinese Pageant 2019

Miss Australia Chinese Pageant 2019 is sponsored by the Australian TVB (referred to as “Authorised Party”). Any woman who participates in the following conditions can participate (referred to as "the candidate"). Winners may be nominated by the organizer to participate in an international Australia Brisbane Pageant 2019. The organizer has the right to make the relevant TV promotion programs and conduct TV broadcasts on the authorized parties at their own discretion.

The candidate agrees to abide by all of the following conditions and rules for participation in the Miss Australia Chinese Pageant event 2019.

Eligibility for Australia Brisbane Pageant 2019

• The candidate must be a woman;
• The candidate must have Chinese descent;
• The candidate must have a high school graduation degree, that is, Australia's 10th class or equivalent;
• The candidate must be 18 years old on April 1, 2019, and 28 years old on February 28, 2020 (calculated in the Western calendar);
• The candidate must have valid identification documents and travel documents;
• The candidate must have resided in the respective region for a minimum period of six months on the day that she signs the Application Form;

The candidate must not be bound by any contract which will prevent her from entering a contract with the Organiser referred to in paragraph 6 Below;

• The candidate shall not be an employee of the Organiser;
• The candidate must be a person;
• Has never experienced any ritual, whether valid or ineffective, and the ritual is recognized as a marriage rotator anywhere in the world, regardless of whether it is notarised, religious, customary or tribal;
• According to the information and background provided by the candidates, the organizer has the absolute right to decide not to adhere to and relax any of the above conditions. 
  
  
  
  
  

Candidate Entry Procedure

• The candidate must complete and sign the registration form.
• When the candidate submits the registration form that has been completed in accordance with the above provisions, it must be accompanied by the following documents:
• My identity document and travel document;
• I have three recent photos (one half-length, one full body, one self-selection).
• Successfully submit the registration form before the deadline.
• If required by the Organiser, the candidate must present the original of the above documents for review.
• Free registration for the event.

Interview

• After the organizer has received all the forms, the selection process will be launched, and some candidates will be invited to accept interviews conducted by the organizers at the designated time and place.
• After the interview, the organizer will select some candidates to participate in the finals.
• The Contest candidate who has been selected after the interview must sign a contract with the organizer to enter the finals.

• The candidate understands and agrees that the organizer has the right to:
• Request the candidate to produce proof of residence;
• Accepting identity documents and travel documents from other regions outside Australia;
• Having abolished the candidate's eligibility for election without any explanation;
• Modify or cancel the date of the interview or final;
• If the result of the selection of the winners of the Australian Chinese Missing Region is controversial or the title of the proceeds is disputed, the proceeds will be retained until the dispute has subsided, and the organizer has the absolute authority to issue the honors to other participating candidates.
• The candidate agrees that the organizer does not need to return the photo described in 3(b) and own the copyright.
• 2019 Australian Chinese Miss Election (Regional Selection) Award-winning Belle has the opportunity to participate in the Australian Finals. The prizes and prizes (if any) need to be collected after the finals.
• The Organiser reserves the right to retain all copyrights and rights to use, utilize and use the title and reputation of Miss Chinese and Miss Australian Chinese Campaign, including any language and dialect.

Warranties

• Ensure that the Warranties candidates ensure that the information provided by the candidates in the registration form is true and correct.

Text Language:

• This registration form is prepared in both Chinese and English. If there is any difference between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. The Application Form is written in both English and Chinese.

Law

• All conditions and chapters listed in this form are governed by Australian law.
• Any personal information provided by the candidate in the registration form is kept by the organizer and can be used for the following purposes:
• Includes, but is not limited to, promotion, promotion and sponsorship activities related to the competition;
• Broadcasting on television; promote and distribute the program to all parts of the world.
• Under the above circumstances, the personal data provided by the candidates will be distributed to the press, other media, advertisers, competition judges, and the public.
• The candidate has the right to:
• Request a copy of the personal data held by the organizer;
• If the information provided is found to be incorrect, the required amendment may be requested.
